US Real Estate Advisors, Inc. (USREA) provides nation-wide inspections with over 200 experienced inspectors who have in the business on average of 10 years each. We have a record of being able to complete inspectors on time and with reliability. In 2006, we completed 400 inspections in one month as part of the largest CMBS Conduit transactions in history.
We know that accurate property information is essential to making informed investment and loan decisions. We have our own forms but can utilize a client’s template or create custom formats to meet or exceed our client’s expectations. Our templates are in both Excel and Word and we select the type of template that best fits our client’s needs.
Our inspection services support investment decisions, appraisal reports, and asset dispositions. Our nationwide network includes professionals are experts in their local areas with backgrounds in sales, leasing and / or appraisal in the Real Estate Market.
